Teki is an animation and creative studio that operates an AI generation service (the “Service”). This notice explains, in plain terms, what we do with your data. It works alongside our Terms of Use.
What we collect
Account & profile: name, email, avatar, and your Google and/or Boostify account identifiers. We never receive or store passwords.
Authentication: Boostify access tokens and wallet identifiers used to run paid features.
Your content: the prompts, uploaded images/photos, and generated results (“Outputs”) you create. These may include images of people.
Transactions: your generation history and the TEKI cost of each generation. Your TEKI balance and purchases are held by Boostify, not us.
Technical: IP address, browser type, session identifiers/cookies, push-notification subscriptions, and security logs.
How we use it
To run the Service and your account; authenticate you; process your generations and store your results; enable your library and any share links you create; reserve and settle TEKI for your generations; keep the Service secure and prevent abuse and fraud; communicate with you; and meet legal obligations.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models, we do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we use only strictly necessary cookies
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with service providers: Google and Boostify (sign-in; Boostify also creates, sells, and manages the TEKI token and wallet).
Sharing your results
Your Outputs are private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view that Output without signing in. You can delete the Output or turn the link off, but we can’t recover copies others have already downloaded or cached.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed to run the Service, meet legal obligations, and protect security. Sessions are kept up to 30 days; other retention periods are being finalized.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from your profile; this ends your session and removes your main account record. Full deletion across all systems is not yet automated, so some data (generation history, files, uploaded images, push subscriptions, technical records) may remain for a period, including in backups and with providers. We do not claim that everything is deleted immediately.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to opt out of certain uses. We don’t sell your data or share it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, contact us, we may need to verify your identity and will respond as the law requires.
Changes
We may update this notice and will change the “Last updated” date when we do.
